Is QuidsUp free?

Yes, you can use it for free, including 5 invoices and 10 receipt scans. Plus is £3.99 a month or £29.99 a year. Sole Trader is £7.99 a month or £59.99 a year. Sole Trader starts with a 30-day free trial, and you don't need a card to start it.

I've paid but my plan hasn't switched on.

Make sure you're online and refresh the app. If it still hasn't switched on, tap "Restore my purchase" and enter the email you paid with and the receipt number from your receipt email.

I've got a new phone. How do I get my plan back?

Open QuidsUp on your new phone and tap "Restore my purchase".

How do I cancel?

Send us a message using the form below and we'll cancel it for you. You won't be charged again.

Where is my information kept?

Everything you enter is saved on your own phone or computer.
